Last week we made this moving art project to set the stage for our lesson on Jesus and the Storm this week. We are singing a song and using musical instrutments as part of this lesson. It is my hope to create a puppet show with the students on this theme, but we may not have enough time.
After reading stories about Leprechauns and Gold, the students wrote about, discussed, and created their own leprechaun traps. Yes, this was a messy project but all the students were highly engaged in the learning process. Thus meeting the needs of all learners.
We also watched a short video clip about St. Patrick
Next Week we will read books about Saint Patrick
As well as the many activities for Spirit Week.
